We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to oversee daily fleet operations and ensure vehicle safety, compliance, and efficiency. You'll manage multiple vehicles across locations, coordinate with mechanic shops, support drivers, and stay on top of records, inspections, systems, and insurance-related follow-ups.What a Typical Day Looks LikeYou'll coordinate maintenance and repairs, track vehicle status, support drivers with issues on the road, ensure compliance documentation is current, and keep fleet systems updated. Some days are steady and process-driven; others involve responding quickly to breakdowns, incidents, or urgent scheduling changes.Key ResponsibilitiesFleet & Vehicle ManagementCoordinate and schedule preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections with assigned mechanic shops by cityManage vehicle check-in/check-out processes with accurate tracking and documentationMonitor vehicle utilization and minimize downtimeArrange, inspect, and monitor tire conditions, including seasonal tire changesMaintain detailed maintenance records, inspection reports, invoices, and service documentationAsset: Familiarity with semi-trucks and heavy-duty vehicle maintenanceSafety & ComplianceConduct and/or review pre-trip and post-trip inspections as needed to ensure safety and readinessEnsure vehicles comply with company policies, safety standards, and applicable DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulationsMaintain current vehicle licenses, registrations, permits, and insurance documentationOversee in-vehicle camera systems (installation, configuration, functionality) to support safety and complianceProactively identify and address safety risks, vehicle issues, compliance gaps,
