Commercial Snow Team Members Required:

Gateway Landscape Group is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our commercial Winter Maintenance Division. Our commercial Winter Maintenance Division has been providing exceptional snow plowing and de-icing services across the GTA for over 25 years. With state of the art equipment and processes our team provides unparalleled services to our long standing valued clients.

We are now accepting resumes for the following team positions

Salt Truck Driver(DZ or AZ)

Heavy Snow Equipment Operators (Loaders, Farm Tractors)

Team member requirements:

1. Valid Ontario Class Driver's License or better with a clean drivers abstract.
2. Must be able/willing to be on-call 24-7.
3. Focused on team work and excellent problem solving abilities.
4. Capable of performing physical labour in various weather conditions.
5.



Comply with all company policies and regulations.
6. Proficient in operating commercial snow maintenance equipment.(Minimum 3 years experience)
7. Capable of understanding and carrying out verbal and written instructions.
8. Must be available from December 1, 2026 – April 1, 2027
9. A Car or access to arrive at the designated start point in 1 hour

Compensation: Our competitive wages will be negotiated based on team members experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
