We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive with experience in large format print sales to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients while delivering customized print solutions that exceed expectations. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring seamless execution of projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

Account Management

- Manage and service client accounts and sales budget.
- Manage forecasts and sales pipeline.
- Follow up on new leads and opportunities in a timely manner.
- Conduct client presentations on innovative ideas, solutions, and turn-key products.
- Manage client expectations and resolve client concerns.
- Consultative oriented solution sales approach.
- Project, manage and coordinate execution of client projects with production team.
- Prepare estimates and client proposals.
- Meet regularly with clients to review past projects and pitch new ones.
- Build strong relationships and lasting partnerships through customer service excellence.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

- Work with project coordinators/customer service representatives (CSRs).
- Alert staff to customer issues requiring attention and intervention.
- Provide accurate and complete job information on work orders/ dockets.
- Adhere to all company policies i.e. regarding billing, pricing, workflow processes and policies.
- Maintain accurate client information in CRM database.
- Provide support for other team members, as required.
- Ensure billings and WIP are completed every month end.
- Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as required for meetings, site visits,



and other business needs.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including evenings and/or weekends, as required to support client and business needs.

Prerequisite Skills/Experience:

- University or college degree in Business Administration or Commerce preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management in the printing, signage, or visual communications industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Team player.
- Proficiency with information systems i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, Slack, Project Management.
- Proven sales experience in the media, technology, hospitality, financial and marketing fields, a definite asset.
- Energetic and ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Pay: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
