Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their personal insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct analysis of client portfolios to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Conduct renewal and follow-up phone calls to maintain relationships and client service levels.
- Document preparation including issuing insurance certificates, making changes and providing advocacy to ensure high client retention.
- Maintain knowledge of current underwriting rules, product knowledge and other insurance related changes.
- Build positive working relationships with internal and external parties,



including networking at industry events.

Skills

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively in French and English.
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate client portfolios and identify suitable coverage options.
- Exceptional customer service orientation combined with negotiation skills to close sales confidently.
- Ability to handle sales administration tasks accurately while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Knowledge of insurance products related to personal lines and a passion for helping clients protect what matters most.
