Your role is that of an Accounting Clerk.

General responsibilities are as follows:

- Accounts receivable/payable processing and maintenance for multiple related companies
- Triage and respond to emails/communication
- Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and year-end processes
- Assisting with general accounting tasks of a clerical or administrative nature
- Intercompany account reconciliations
- Ad hoc projects as required

Qualities/skills you must have:
- English mastery




- Exquisite and superior communication skills - verbal and written
- Solid accounting background consisting of an accounting undergraduate degree or diploma
- Customer service experience a plus
- Experience using Quickbooks and Netsuite is an asset
- Able to manage tight deadlines, stress
- Positive attitude
- Active listener
- Able to accept feedback and constructive criticism
- Good with technology, Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
