You will join our amazing team that helps supports people live independently in their own homes across the area. You will be expected to travel within our territory for spot checks and customer assessments. We're looking for an outgoing and empathic individual with excellent communication skills who enjoys empowering and supporting others. As our Customer Care Manager, you'll be ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers and their family members and advocates as well as for our Care Assistants. You will conduct pre-assessments for new customers, ensuring their care plan and all associated risk assessments are perfectly tailored to their needs.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Registered Manager & deputy manager with the productive running of the care support team.Ensure secure, effective,
