ACG Construction is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to assist with day-to-day activities. This role involves a variety of tasks to support our team in maintaining and managing our properties effectively.Key Responsibilities:Shop Maintenance:Clean and organize the shop daily to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.Logistics:Load and unload trailers with necessary tools, equipment, and materials for job sites.Ensure all items are securely packed and transported to avoid damage.Site Preparation:Prepare tools, equipment,



and materials required for each job site.Assist with setting up and breaking down work areas at various sites.Support Tasks:Assist team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project needs and progress.Qualifications:Previous experience in construction or property management is required.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Handyman / Renovation skills are plus.Mechanical Skills are a plus.Advantages:Market-competitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for growth opportunities and development.Positive and supportive work environment.
