With continued growth across Alberta and Saskatchewan, they are creating a new Project Manager position to oversee modular housing projects from contract through site preparation, delivery and completion.This role is heavily focused on making sure each site is ready before the home arrives. You will coordinate excavation, grading, foundations, piles, utilities, site access, inspections and delivery logistics while keeping customers, contractors and internal teams aligned.The ideal candidate has experience with residential foundations and site preparation and knows how to spot potential problems before they affect the construction or delivery schedule. Experience specifically within RTM or modular housing would be valuable, but it is not required. Candidates from residential construction, homebuilding, foundation contractors, excavation, piling, civil construction or site-services companies are encouraged to apply.What You'll DoManage modular and multi-home projects from contract handoff through site preparation, delivery, placement and completionCoordinate excavation, grading, drainage, piles, foundations, utilities, permits and inspectionsVisit project sites to confirm they are ready before the scheduled home deliveryIdentify deficiencies and make sure corrective work is completed on timeCoordinate general contractors, foundation crews, civil contractors, movers,
