Title: Operations ManagerLocation: Greater Toronto Area, ONAbout the RoleAs an Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for a portfolio of client sites throughout Greater Toronto Area. You'll lead our frontline teams, build strong relationships with clients, and make sure every site consistently delivers the level of service Alpine is known for.This is a field-based leadership role where no two days look the same. One day you may be meeting with a client, the next you're coaching an employee, completing site inspections, resolving an operational issue, or helping onboard a new team member. You'll work closely with both our clients and employees to ensure our operations run smoothly while creating a positive experience for everyone involved.Our business operates around the clock, so flexibility is important. You'll regularly support day and night shift teams, complete occasional evening and weekend site visits, and travel throughout your assigned region.What You Will Be DoingLead the day-to-day operations of multiple client sitesOnboard, train, schedule, and support frontline employees throughout their employment journeyProvide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and recognition to help your teams succeedBuild solid working relationships with clients and respond to service requests, concerns, and operational needs in a timely mannerConduct regular quality inspections and site audits to ensure Alpine's standards are consistently metMonitor staffing levels, schedules, labour hours, and budgets to support efficient operationsUse systems such as Dayforce, OrangeQC, and other company technology to manage payroll, inspections, reporting,



and daily operationsEnsure all concerns are addressed quickly and work proactively to prevent issues from escalatingReport facility maintenance concerns and follow through to ensure repairs are completedManage supply inventory and equipment while ensuring sites remain within budgetEnsure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, incident reporting protocols, and applicable legislation and collective agreements.Work closely with People & Culture, Health & Safety, Service, and Maintenance teams to support day-to-day operationsWhat Success Looks LikeDeliver exceptional client service through proactive communication and issue resolutionMaintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance across assigned sitesProvide regular field leadership through site visits, inspections, and team engagementEffectively manage people, resources, and budgets to achieve operational goalsWhat You Will Bring3+ years of experience leading and developing teams in a multi-site operational environment2+ years of experience in commercial cleaning, facilities services, hospitality, or a similar service-focused industryA passion for coaching others and creating an engaged, accountable, and high-performing team cultureStrong customer service and relationship-building skills with the ability to resolve issues professionally and proactivelyExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesConfidence using technology such as Dayforce, OrangeQC, and Microsoft Office to manage operations efficientlyThe ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining exceptional attention to detailA valid driver's licence, clean driving abstract, and the flexibility to travel throughout your assigned territoryAbout AlpineAlpine is one of Canada's leading facility services providers, delivering cleaning, maintenance, and support services across a variety of industries.
