Feds N' Shences Inc. is a fencing and outdoor construction company based in Wasaga Beach. We are looking for reliable part-time/casual Construction Labourers to assist with labour-intensive portions of our fencing and outdoor construction projects.This is an on-call position, with hours varying depending on workload and project schedules. Some weeks may involve only one or two days of work, while busier periods may provide more consistent hours. Successful workers may have the chance to receive ongoing casual work throughout the operating season.Duties:Move and handle bags of concreteMix and assist with placing concreteRemove and move dirt from backyards after post holes are dugMove lumber, fence panels, posts,



and other construction materialsLoad and unload materials and equipmentAssist with general fencing and outdoor construction tasksPerform general job site cleanupProvide labour support to fence installation crewsFollow instructions and maintain a safe and organized work areaQualifications:Reliable and dependableComfortable performing physically demanding outdoor workAble to lift and move heavy materialsWilling to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditionsAble to follow directions and work effectively as part of a teamValid driver's licence and reliable transportation strongly preferred, as job sites vary and workers are generally responsible for getting themselves to and from the work sitePrevious construction or landscaping experience is an asset, but not requiredWhat We Offer:$20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and the work being performedOpportunity for ongoing casual work at $25.00/hour for reliable workers who are a good fitSeasonal employment during the company's operating seasonOpportunity to learn fencing, framing, and other construction skillsPotential for more permanent work for individuals who demonstrate reliability, ability, and an interest in learning
