* Maintain and enforce Health & Safety policies and OHSA compliance* Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments* Monitor high-risk work and ensure proper PPE use* Deliver safety training and orientations (WHMIS, Working at Heights, etc.)* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions* Maintain safety documentation and support COR® certification* Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients**Qualifications***Candidates with NCSO certification will be prioritized over all others.* Diploma/degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field* 3+ years of construction safety experience* Knowledge of Ontario OHSA and COR® programs* CRSP/NCSO (or working toward) is an asset
