You will be part of the POWER program implementation team responsible for production readiness, including shop floor layout design, flow efficiency and throughput calculations, and sequencing strategic layout modifications to secure a smooth and efficient program ramp‐up.ResponsibilitiesOwn production area layout design, workstation definition, and material flow to enable safe and efficient execution in an MRO environment.Establish and maintain throughput and capacity plans (labor, cycle time/takt assumptions) and partner with Planning and Operations on line balancing, staffing, and bottleneck removal.Lead tooling alignment and readiness (tooling needs, point‐of‐use strategy, coordination to ensure availability).Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen) and track performance using KPIs (e.G., throughput, WIP, OEE, cycle time) to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.Work cross‐functionally with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Maintenance,
