A well-established dance school is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join its Administration Team. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and resourceful professional who can manage daily operations, communicate effectively with families and faculty, and take ownership of administrative tasks and projects. Key Duties
Coordinate daily administrative and front-office operations Maintain student records, schedules, documents, and administrative files Coordinate school projects, events, performances, examinations, and activities Assist families with class selection, program information, and registration Assist management with operational planning and implementation Manage facility, classroom, supply, and general office needs Qualifications
8+ years of relevant administrative and customer service experience preferred Excellent communication, organization, documentation,
and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Windows-based applications Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education Fluency in English. Mandarin & Cantonese is an asset Professional, responsible, detail-oriented, and service-focused Experience in sales/customer relations, marketing/social media, graphic or video editing, education, or performing arts is an asset About the Position
This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys taking responsibility and contributing to student success and the smooth operation of an established organization. Part time weekend work (Saturday and Sunday) may also be considered.
