Our boutique-size studio allows for deep involvement in every stage of the architectural process, while our commitment to mentorship ensures steady professional development and career growth.If you are inspired by the idea of working on exceptional projects with a sophisticated clientele and a passionate, sustainability-minded team, we would love to hear from you.Position OverviewThe role of an Akb Intermediate Intern Architect requires a well-rounded set of skills, and previous exposure to all project phases.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and prepare presentation documents for clients and municipalities, including drawings, 3D renderings, graphic presentation packages and material samplesPlay an integral role in preparing permit and construction drawing sets and technical details with feedback and direction from project leads, senior staff and partnersPerform effective analysis of applicable building codes, by-laws, and other regulationsManage and coordinate with contractors, consultants, regulatory authorities in collaboration with senior staffDevelop positive relationships with clients and team membersQualificationsProficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop) [Please note that a Revit Skills Assessment will be administered during the hiring process]Ability to pick up new software quicklyStrong design sensibility,
