Accounting Clerk - Term

Your days will include:

- Performing accounting functions including entering vouchers and processing receipts in Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting system
- Entering data from various information sources
- Performing daily and month end reconciliations
- Processing Invoices and Returns in Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Corresponding with various departments internally and customers and vendors externally
- Performing monthly reporting, analysis, and review
- Performing other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

- Basic training or experience using MS Office software
- Experience with Great Plains which would be an asset
- Post secondary education in accounting which is considered an asset
- Accounts Payable experience




- Ability to work independently and attention to detail for greater accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Grade 12 diploma
- 2 years’ experience in a computerized office environment which is an asset
- Basic accounting knowledge
