We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our finance team and oversee all aspects of accounting operations. Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Ensure accurate account reconciliation and perform detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or other platforms to streamline operations and maintain data integrity
- Lead budgeting processes by preparing forecasts, monitoring variances, and providing insightful financial reports for decision-making
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements through diligent recordkeeping and reporting




- Supervise the implementation and ongoing use of accounting software tools to optimize efficiency across all financial functions

Qualifications

- Proven experience in accounting management or a similar leadership role within finance or accounting departments
- Strong proficiency with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant platforms
- Extensive knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation techniques
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial forecasting practices
