Perfect Sports Canada Inc. , a rapidly growing organization in the consumer goods sector, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance team on a 6-month maternity leave contract. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of collections, credit approvals, and customer payment applications, supporting both Canadian and U.S. operations.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing a variety of customer relationships, and brings strong communication and organizational skills.

What You'll Do:

· Assist with day-to-day accounts receivable activities, including payments, collections, invoices, credits, and account reconciliations.

· Follow up with customers on outstanding balances and assist with collections.

· Assist with customer account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.

· Process customer credits and assist with return/credit requests.

· Assist with invoicing and related AR tasks as required.

· Maintain accurate AR records, documentation, and supporting schedules.

· Work closely with the AR Supervisor and other members of the finance team to resolve customer account issues.

· Provide general administrative and reporting support to the AR function as needed.

What You'll Bring:

· 2+ years of accounts receivable, billing,



or credit/collections experience.

· Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

· Comfortable communicating with customers and following up on outstanding balances.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.

· Valuable Excel and general accounting software skills.

· Previous experience in consumer products, distribution, or retail is an asset.

· A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
