Duties

- Process and monitor customer invoices using accounting software such as Adagio and Spire to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Follow up on overdue accounts through professional negotiation and effective communication to secure payments.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger entries regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform detailed account analysis to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actions for improved cash flow.
- Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure seamless coordination between incoming and outgoing payments.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, including data entry of payments, adjustments, and customer correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and clarity.

Qualifications





- Proven experience with accounting software such as Adagio and Spire.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, accounts receivable processes, and account reconciliation techniques.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills to effectively manage overdue accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Proficiency in data entry combined with attention to detail to ensure precise recordkeeping.
- Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills for engaging with clients professionally.
- Basic understanding of accounts payable procedures and familiarity with financial services is a plus.
- Strong math skills and the ability to perform account analysis confidently are required for success in this role.
