Aspiring to be The Global SCM Innovator, we deliver integrated and multimodal logistics services, connecting every corner of the world via air, sea and land.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate with shippers, bonded warehouses, truckers and all other functional means as requiredInteract with customers; provide shipment status, ; Handle customer complaints and concernsResolve issues respective to customer inquiries, data input and general customer service related to tracking & tracingAmazon_Customer Service/Internal Sales: Provide quotes, follow up with shipping documents, update shipment status, assisting customs clearanceArrange long-haulage and Amazon trucking shipment to make sure accurate pickup/delivery appointmentBook AC space and make paperwork (CI/PL and MAWB etc.)Track incoming/outcoming ocean/air cargo and domestic shipmentsUpload POs and SOs on the WMS and freight forwarding system and send invoices to customersRequest AP team for various COD payments of duties, taxes, and transportation of imported goods and bonds to cover duty goodsQUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:Education: International forwarding or Transportation diploma/degreeExperience: +1 years in ocean/air freight forwarding, border shipment or trucking coordinationKnowledge in INCOTERMS and experience in handling Ex works or FOB term ocean shipmentsMS Excel proficiency is necessaryMeet strict deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in international freight forwarding coordination and documentation is MUST (Ocean or Air)Ability to persuade and influence othersSelf-motivated, positive attitude and ambitiousCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Pay : 20 - 24 per hourExtended Health Benefits: Vision, Dental, Life insurance,
