Working here is fast-paced, non-stop, and a little unpredictable—and we love it.Your area of focus.This role helps create appointments for our loyalty team, as well as handle our lease finance and cash portfolios.What drives your day-to-day?Create preliminary estimates and submit warranty claims for dealership approvalAssist with scheduling customer's vehicles in for repair and collect payment upon deliveryCheck in collision vehicles by taking intake photos and creating a work orderSupport customer calls pertaining to repair status,
