and service delivery while implementing best practices to enhance resident and team member experiencesConducts comprehensive training and quality assurance programs with strong attention to detail in both resident-facing and ancillary areas of each locationCollaborates with facility Executive Directors to recruit, interview, hire and evaluate qualified Environmental Services DirectorsCollaborates with facility and Corporate Nursing leadership for infection control and patient satisfaction outcomesEnsures local facilities adhere to stringent infection control, sanitation, and environmental safety standardsEvaluates and act upon various performance metrics to optimize operational efficiencies and outcomesPromotes the development of EVS Directors and team members by implementing consistent standards and measurements for employee performanceDevelop and refine policies and procedures to ensure optimal functioning and outcomes of the facility based EVS teamsConducts on site staff development and training as well as conducts quality assurance inspections and audits to support compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies, procedures and standards; recommends and developsplans of correction as necessary on a timely basisStandardizes community purchasing, work routines, inventory systems,
