performance and maintainability standards; * Collaborate with architecture consultants, business analysts, quality specialists, operations teams and technology partners to ensure consistency of solutions; * Analyze complex technical issues, coordinate the resolution of major incidents and perform root cause analyses; * Plan delivery activities, estimate efforts and assess risks, dependencies and technical impacts; * Optimize the performance, stability, automation, and observability of the platform; * Promote DevSecOps practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of development methods.The profile sought is as follows:* Hold a university certificate in computer science, software engineering or an appropriate discipline; * Have a minimum of eight (8) years of software development experience, including six (6) years with the Guidewire platform and three (3) years in a technical leadership role; * Possess an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience that may be considered; * Must be Guidewire ACE certified; * Proficiency in Guidewire, Gosu, and Java; * Design and integrate REST and SOAP services as well as data exchanges in XML and JSON; * Deliver complex Guidewire solutions in large organizational environments; * Understand applicationarchitectures, integration mechanisms and cloud environments; * Apply agile and DevOpspractices as well as continuous integration and deployment mechanisms; * Use source code management tools effectively; * Knowledge of the fieldof damage insurance.
