Location: CHANEL Oakridge Park Boutique (in Vancouver)Reports to: Boutique ManagerContract: Full-time and Temporary (October 1 to December 31, 2026)Your role @ Chanel:We are looking for a Host who is passionate about providing the highest standards of service to facilitate and support the client experience in our Vancouver Holt Renfrew boutique. This position plays a critical role in being the first client interaction, greeting clients warmly and maintaining the flow of traffic. The Host will also assist other members of the boutique to maximize client-facing time and will support all areas of the Boutique as needed during this holiday season.What impact you can create at Chanel:Facilitate in the seamless client experience by warmly greeting clients upon arrival and sharing relevant information regarding health and safety protocolsAssist clients by answering questions and helping facilitate a seamless experience to bridge the wait time and time in boutiqueMaintain flow of traffic to ensure adequate service levelsProactively communicate what the client should expect in terms of wait time, in-boutique experience, etc, setting realistic expectations with clientsHelp at Cash and Wrap with processing transactions precisely as neededEnsuring Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stocked as neededProviding excellent customer service on the phonesAccurately document messages and deliver to Fashion Advisors and Management on a timely mannerSupport boutique success by assisting with any other tasks as directed by boutique management.Responsibilities listed are not exhaustive; additional and more detailed duties will be shared during training stage.What you will bring to the role:Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaborativelyUnderstanding of, and passion for client experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsForeign language skills are preferred but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Flexible schedule.
