We're looking for a motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time.
In this role, you will support across all departments while assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare and track invoices, payments, and related documentation
- Assist with account reconciliations, work order management and record keeping
- Provide administrative support to all departments as required
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation
- Coordinate various administrative tasks and special projects
- Support day-to-day office operations
