As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer I here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will support production operations, equipment commissioning, process development, and continuous improvement initiatives in brazing processes. The successful candidate will possess a technical understanding of brazing and related manufacturing processes, combined with a practical, hands-on approach to problem solving in a production environment.

You will report directly to our Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Manager and you’ll work out of our Cambridge, ON location.

This role will work closely with Operations, Quality, Design Engineering, and Maintenance teams to support process troubleshooting, drive productivity and quality improvements, develop manufacturing documentation,



and ensure compliance with engineering and customer requirements.

Responsibilities will also include supporting the introduction of new equipment and technologies, validating manufacturing processes, training production personnel, and leading efforts to improve safety, efficiency, and product quality.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable spending significant time on the manufacturing floor, working directly with operators and equipment to identify opportunities, resolve technical issues, and implement sustainable process improvements.
