You combine strong technical ability with growing leadership responsibility — helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to Hutten standards.This is hands-on, outdoor work — paired with accountability and direction on site.What You'll Be Responsible ForProject ExecutionAssist the Crew Leader in supervising, delegating, coordinating, and executing daily work activities of a 2–3 person crew — at times independentlySupport management of safety, quality, and productivityWork safely and responsibly with solid initiativeWear appropriate PPE at all timesMaintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, and yard areasAssistant LeadershipTake ownership of smaller projects while supporting overall project leadershipDemonstrate continuous growth and personal goal achievementActively participate in regular team meetingsCommunicate professionally and courteously with customersComply with all company and safety regulationsQuality WorkmanshipReading and interpreting blueprints, structural drawings, and specificationsLayout of work areas to required elevations, grades, and drainage requirementsSite calculations and material quantity take-offsOperation of chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment,
