As an AI Solutions Architecture Advisor, you will play a key role in designing the technological foundations that enable the organization to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, and digital solutions.

You will act as a strategic partner to business teams and a delivery facilitator, transforming business needs into practical, integrated, secure, and scalable solutions. You will contribute to accelerating the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that create measurable business value while reducing risk.

Responsibilities

- Design pragmatic, secure, and scalable architectures that support business needs and delivery priorities, while defining appropriate technology approaches for AI, automation, and data initiatives.
- Evaluate various solution scenarios and recommend the most suitable options based on business value, risk, cost, and complexity.
- Ensure consistency of technology decisions and alignment with the organization's architecture and technology strategies.
- Integrate security, compliance, governance,



and operational requirements into proposed solutions in collaboration with architecture, infrastructure, security, and platform teams.
- Support delivery teams with work breakdown, sequencing, dependency analysis, risk identification, and architecture reviews.
- Advise designers, developers, and analysts on key technical decisions while promoting architecture, integration, and automation best practices.
- Contribute reusable patterns, frameworks, and accelerators that simplify solution delivery and increase efficiency.
- Identify opportunities related to Generative AI, automation, and advanced analytics, evaluate impacts on processes and technology assets, and support the implementation of responsible and secure AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Strong ability to understand both business and technology challenges and simplify complex situations.
- Proven leadership, influence, pragmatism, and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with solution architecture, application integration, and data platforms.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services, artificial intelligence, and automation technologies.
- Understanding of security, governance, and Agile delivery environments.
