This role oversees schedules, budgets, procurement, documentation, and trade performance while ensuring proactive communication with clients, consultants, and site teams. and recommending awardsOversee permits, utility coordination, site setup requirements, and procurement planningDevelop project budgets, schedules, and submittal logs prior to mobilizationProject Execution & CoordinationManage day-to-day project performance, ensuring work aligns with schedule, budget, quality expectations, and contractual requirementsMaintain & review all project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change events, purchase orders, logs, and meeting recordsCoordinate with consultants, clients, and trades to resolve design issues, clarify scope, and maintain alignment across teamsLead site & trade meetings and provide ongoing support to site staffMonitor budgets, commitments, and change orders, update forecasts and financial logsPrepare owner billing packages and review subcontractor invoices for accuracyExecute change control processes to ensure proper documentation, approval, and integration into project budgets & schedulesImplement quality-control processes and coordinate inspectionsIdentify risks early, elevate appropriate, and track mitigationOversee project closeout, including turnover documentation and financial reconciliationQualificationsDegree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field6–10 years of progressive construction experience, including direct responsibility for managing ICI or mid‐rise residential projectsProven experience overseeing full project cycles, including tendering, scheduling, budgeting, and change controlStrong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documentationProficiency in Microsoft Office, project scheduling tools (e.G., MS Project), and construction management platformsIn‐depth understanding of construction sequencing, codes, permitting, and safety requirementsStrong communication, coordination, and decision‐making skills, with the ability to lead internal and external teams effectively
