This key role is essential to ensuring the organization's financial health, operational efficiency, and alignment of resources with its mission. The successful candidate will also serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Executive Officer in achieving organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee an annual operating budget of more than $4 million. Lead financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.Prepare quarterly financial statements, coordinate external audits, track donations, and maintain strong internal controls.Human ResourcesManage payroll, employee benefits, and compliance with human resources policies. Oversee recruitment, staff development, and employee records.Operations ManagementSupervise information technology systems, office operations,
