You'll work alongside cooperative and dynamic teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in supporting Canada and USA headquarters by providing financial visibility and partnering with department heads and management teams. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as support functions and operational teams), lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and much more.You'll specifically take care of monthly closing activities, including accruals and financial adjustments, but also deliver insightful financial analysis to support decision‐making and cost control.We'll look to you for:Performing month‐end activities related to overhead and support functionsPreparing accruals, journal entries, and financial adjustments/reclassificationsHandling intercompany transactions and allocationsTracking and closing the timesheet systemEnsuring timely and accurate financial close processesPreparing and analyzing cost center reports (actuals vs. budget)Conducting headcount analysis (actuals vs. budget)Coordinating and leading the budgeting process for support functionsProviding financial guidance and actionable recommendations to department headsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
