At J.S. Held, we seek a skilled Architectural Technologist to contribute to our forensic architecture team. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in reviewing designs, preparing compliance documents, and documenting findings to ensure project integrity. Key Responsibilities:
• Review shop drawings and design documents for compliance
• Prepare comprehensive compliance and review documentation
• Conduct site reviews and generate field reports




• Take part in project-related meetings and demonstrations
• Work collaboratively with the architecture and engineering team
Requirements:
• Degree in Architectural and Building Technologies
• Understanding of Building Code Parts 3 and/or 9
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting design drawings
• A valid BC Driver’s License is mandatory
