Responsibilities:Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our CustomersEnsure daily communication with the team lead and the plumbing teamOperate and drive steam truckOperate high pressure/high heat hoses to clean building drain linesOperate drain cleaning augersRepair/replace drain piping as needed including the install of drain clean-outsOperate video inspection/locating equipmentClean and maintain all equipment and steam truckComplete all required administration for the position on a tabletExperience and Educational Requirements:Minimum 2 years drain cleaning experience preferredTechnical Requirements:Working knowledge of English both verbal and writtenValid Driver's license and driver's abstract requiredFamiliarity with technology is an assetNon-Technical Requirements:Strong commitment to providing excellent customer serviceAbility to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through until a resolution is obtainedPositive attitudeStrong planning and organizational skills coupled with ability to multi-task and prioritizeExcellent time-management skillsAbility to work independently (self managed) and with other Associates in a team environmentAbility to learn quickly, adapt to change and be adaptable in natureDisplays a high level of initiative and commitment to excellenceDemonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertivenessHave the physical stamina to lift heavy pipes weighing in excess of 25 kilogramsAbility to be on your feet for long periods and sometimes work in cramped positions
