Focus on fostering a nurturing environment for residents dealing with trauma, mental health, and substance use challenges.As the Experienced Wellness Manager at e4c, you will collaborate closely with the Site Manager to enhance the well-being of residents in a supportive housing setting. Your role includes mentoring Wellness Coaches, designing wellness strategies, and ensuring compliance with organizational objectives.



You will engage in community-building efforts while fostering healing through authentic relationships with residents.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate resident intakes into Housing ProgramsSupport and mentor a team of Wellness CoachesDevelop and manage wellness programming aligned with resident needsEnsure productive use of program resources and budgetsFacilitate community engagement and integrated activitiesRequirements:Degree in Human Services or a related area3+ years supervisory background in social servicesValid certifications in First Aid, CPR, and harm reduction practicesClean Class 5 Driver's License and associated documentationExpertise in trauma-informed, person-centered care approachesMake a meaningful impact in the lives of residents as part of e4c's mission to eliminate poverty through community wellness initiatives.
