Job DescriptionMechanical FM Contract Manager - Peterborough / Cambridgeshire - £50k - £60k plus vehicle, bonus.Based from Peterborough, the role is specifically focused on commercial heating and plumbing, with responsibility for managing heating, plumbing and gas maintenance contracts across a portfolio of commercial, manufacturing and Education clients.Responsible for a team of 8 Gas Engineers, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of engineering teams and subcontractors and manage the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of manufacturing, commercial office, and educational sites. Overseeing mobile and site-based engineering teams,
