Permanent Full TimeWe are looking for a Bilingual Financial Services Representative in Canada.The Financial Services Representative uses expertise to identify and meet the needs of clients, offering right-sized advice and product solutions to improve the financial, physical and mental well-being of Canadians. They support special client-facing initiatives and are responsible for developing new clients and preserve and grow assets and insurance managed by the centre by providing superior client service and handling inquiries and adhering to compliance standards.What You Will DoProactively contact clients and answer inbound inquiriesProvide advice and account / policy maintenance services using appropriate planning processesMaintain a compliant practiceImprove client engagement in pursuit of the centre's overall business development objectivesPromote client portals & e-delivery options for statements, confirmations & marketing communicationsProvide input to inform continuous refinement of the business modelEducate customers about products, solutions and services Canada Life / Quadrus providesWhat You Will BringBilingualism (fluent in French and English) required, as the position will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needsExperience in the financial insurance industry, Canadian banking, insurance, and / or financial advice channels with a specific emphasis on investment fund products and servicesValid life insurance license (LLQP) and IFIC/CSC required (At least one of the two licenses must be held at the time of application, and willing to obtain the second license within 90 days of hiring date)Acquisition of strong knowledge of savings, investment and insurance products / services and financial planning concepts and an understanding of the regulatory climateCustomer service focus,



and an ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently while maintaining concise and effective communication, and delivering a positive client experienceStrong financial planning skillsProven sales skills, including the ability to identify client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and refer opportunities while building long-term relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skillsQuick thinking and innovativeSound working knowledge of MS Office products, Investment Centre, SalesforcePost-secondary degree or equivalent work experienceA Criminal Record and Credit background check is mandatory as a condition of employmentGiven the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located across Canada.The base salary for this position is between $59,800 - $99,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.E. annual bonus, commission etc).
