Old Vines Restaurant at Quails' Gate is seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to take greater ownership of an assigned station while developing technical skills. You'll work closely with the Chef de Partie and culinary leadership team to deliver a consistent, high-quality service.We're looking for candidates with 2+ years in a hotel or restaurant kitchen, FoodSafe Level 1, and a path toward Red Seal certification.
