This role focuses on telemetry onboarding, monitoring, testing, and production support. AI security experience, including exposure to Cisco AI Defense or similar platforms,



is a plus but not required for this role.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and onboard telemetry sources from AI workloads and supporting infrastructureSupport day to day operation of Cisco Hypershield, Cisco AI Defense, or comparable approved platforms as directed by senior engineering staffMonitor and analyze process behavior, network activity, data access, and tool invocation for anomaliesSupport detection tuning, false positive reduction, and alert quality measurementExecute test plans, document results, and support validation of enforcement changesProduce reporting and documentation to support production operations and knowledge transferProvide day to day production support, including issue triage and escalation within defined service levelsQualifications3+ years in security engineering, SOC analysis, or a related roleExperience with telemetry analysis, SIEM tooling, and monitoring or alerting platformsExposure to Cisco Hypershield, Cisco AI Defense, or AI agent and model behavior monitoring is a plusCloud or container security experience a plusStrong documentation and communication skills
