and reflowLoad components onto feeders and reelsMonitor and adjust machine settings for optimal performanceEnsure PCBs are manufactured according to engineering specifications and quality standardsResponsible for maintaining production output with minimal downtime and minimal supervisionAccurately document productions data, quality issues, and machine performance logsMaintain general machine cleanliness and upkeepAchieve and adhere to a high level of quality of work producedWork independently within a fast‐paced environmentRequired Skills and Qualifications:Successful completion of high school diploma or vocational equivalent required.
