As well as issuing and updating service and sales appointments to the field and sales teams. Assisting in different areas as needed including customer follow up.Key Responsibilities:Processing of sales and rental contractsReconciliation of sales, rentals and field invoicesProcessing field service workCorrection of field errorsProcessing of Commercial Protection Plan contractsProcessing of Commercial Preventative Maintenance contractsIssue,
update and create field work in Click SoftwareAssist field staff on-call listings as requiredCoordination of back ordered product with customer appointmentsCreate and schedule calls with customers for maintenance servicesCreate customer accounts in SFDCCreate/Booking opportunities in SFDCCentral communication point for field staff/sales staffHandle escalations as necessaryWork with Billing Dept to address/correct customer billing issuesAnswer customers inbound callsFollow up with customers on incomplete field workAll other duties as assignedQualifications:Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively use ClickSchedule, GERS, Clarify, Sales Force, Billing Systems, Microsoft Access & MS OfficeAbility to concurrently use various computer information packages in conjunctionwith telephoneAbility to effectively resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of both customer and the companyCapable of working well under pressure and understanding business processesAbility to work in a fast-paced, pressure filled, team environmentStrong organizational skillsCapable of doing financial analysis to rectify variancesGrade 12 educationThis position applies to Unifor Local 975.Enercare is an equal opportunity employer.
