About This PositionWe are looking for a temporary Business Analyst (2-3 month contract) to join our Mutual Fund Department.Hourly rate - $35 - $40/hrResponsibilitiesDocumenting detailed user requirements and defining functional capabilities of the systems to be delivered and the boundaries between the manual and automated functionsAssist with, and leading where required, the formulation and definition of scope and objectives based on both users' needs and a thorough understanding of business systems, technology, and Financial Services industry requirementsAssist with TurboApps design, testing and troubleshootingProvide support with client statement testing and troubleshootingLiaising between technology, external vendors, and Operational business unitsAssist with DocuSign inquiries, PFSL Form creation and managementIdentifying and working with vendors, where required in the context of RFPs and RFIsConsidering the implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environmentParticipating in design reviews to ensure that the technical design represents and complies with the user's requirements and, as appropriate, works with the users to obtain user input and approval, to resolve issues and to keep users informed of project statusAssist in the UAT efforts, developing and coordinating test plans and organizing resultsMiscellaneous duties as may be requiredQualifications And RequirementsPost-secondary education or equivalent of knowledge and skills acquired through related work experience; Business Analyst certification would be preferredMinimum of 5 years of progressive business experience in financial services, particularly mutual funds; including 2-3 years as a Business Analyst within a project environmentKnowledge of FundSERV operations, ESG standards,
