Reportingto Service Manager, you will work closely with experienced technicians, gainingvaluable hands-on experience and essential technical skills. This role supportsthe diagnosis and repair of vehicles, from scheduled maintenance to moreadvanced repairs, with structured mentorship to support progression within theautomotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform vehicle maintenanceand repairs as assigned in accordance with our Dealership and Lexus standards
- Demonstrate exceptionalproblem-solving skills, proficient use of diagnostic equipment, and in-depthunderstanding of vehicle systems
- Identify and diagnose issuesbeyond those noted on the work order
- Communicate diagnoses andrecommended repairs clearly to guests and internal team members
- Plan ahead and communicateparts requirements promptly to the Parts Department
- Immediately notify theService Manager or Service Advisors if additional work is needed, work is notrequired, or repairs cannot be completed in the allotted time
- Road test vehicles toprovide a quality check on work performed
- Accurately document all workperformed in the PBS work order system
- Complete PBS inspectionswith accuracy and in a timely manner
- Maintain shop areas in aneat, orderly manner and ensure proper use and return of dealership tools andequipment
- Maintain certifications andregularly update product and technical knowledge
- Support your Shop Foremanand Team Lead
- Exhibit responsible,punctual, honest,



and motivated behavior while contributing to a safe andpositive work environment
- Other duties as assigned byManagement

What You Bring:

- Holds an Automotive ServiceTechnician Apprenticeship Agreement with the College of Trades
- Comfortable operating bothmanual and automatic transmissions
- Strong mechanical aptitudeand sound understanding of technical repairs
- Team-oriented mindset withexcellent interpersonal skills
- Upbeat, engaging attitudeand a commitment to providing high-quality service
- Eagerness to learn, takedirection, and continuously improve
- Professional appearance,strong work ethic, and reliability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
