Position OverviewThe Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting warehouse operations and any projects as assigned. The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Technician is shipping/receiving of orders, quality control, inventory control and other warehouse related logistics. This position reports into Operations Manager.Key Job ResponsibilitiesInbound/Outbound Order ProcessingAccurately receive, ship and label product, pick-up product from inventoried locations and pack orders efficiently and accurately for delivery to venues and/or other warehousesPerform basic quality control procedures, presentation of equipment and inventory controlLogistics and TransportationPrepare and process shipments to ship small parcel, LTL and via internal fleetAbility to operate industrial powered forklifts including (i.E. Sit-down, reach, stock picker and powered pallet jack)SafetyPerform daily checklists on forklifts and other equipment within the warehouseParticipate in safety team initiativesWarehouse HousekeepingClean and maintain a safe work areaMaintain equipment as necessaryCustomer ServiceEnsure the highest standards of service while maintaining operation efficiency and a cohesive relationship with other departmentsMaintain a working knowledge of equipmentJob QualificationsHigh School diploma/GED1 to 3 years' experience in warehouse environmentStrong communication skills with other team members,

Final compensation is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. When in the Warehouse, work will be completed in an environment with exposure to outdoor temperatures and to dirt, sand and/or dust. The working conditions will vary between moderately quiet to noisy volumes. Team members may use high-end audio visual equipment and electrical components.
