Project: Onaping DepthRotation: 14 days on 14 days offShift Length: 11/12 hoursAllowance:Will be provided based on locationSalary Range: $135,000 - $155,000/annum, range is variable and dependent on overtime worked and production bonus paidTravel:Will be provided based on locationBenefits: Redpath offers comprehensive benefits including but not limited to health, dental and vision care, life insurance, pension and employee assistance programPre-employment requirement:Drug TestJob Description:Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Underground Millwright/Welder is responsible for direct or indirect support of mining operations by assuming responsibility for the maintenance, repair and manufacturing of all metal structures both for underground and on surface related to production.ResponsibilitiesGeneral:Follow all established policies, procedures, and best practices as well as industry specific regulationsAlways be physically and mentally fit for workProduce quality work safely and efficientlyRead blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and proceduresSet up components for welding according to specificationsOperate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be weldedWeld components using welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead)Inspect welded surfaces and structure for qualityMaintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safetyThe disassembly,
