This individual shall provide a positive experience at the client's offices, ensuring that employees feel well supported and productive.The Facility Site Advisor will provide tactical support related to workplace tools and processes to ensure the facility remains ready to receive employees each day. This individual will be the eyes and ears of the workplace, and the first line-of-response for all employee needs, partnering with cross functional teams to help take the employee experience to the next level in support of the client's workplace priorities.The ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused, showcase a contagiously positive attitude and exceptional communication skills and can support facilities management and operations professionals in a faced-paced environment. We are looking for a collaborative, energetic self-starter who will thrive in situations where they can interact with and help people.ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionGreeting visitors and security, badging; meeting coordination.Stocking of supplies and office supply ordering; maintaining office aestheticsMail - receiving, delivering, shipping out, etc.Implementation of Workplace Programs and Operations (may include, but not limited to): handling internal service ticket system requests; general office repairs; furniture or internal office moves; coordinate and help facilitate safety programs; budget tracking and expenses - requisitions and purchase order processing & submission, invoice tracking, credit card expenses, departmental actuals, and accruals; monitoring space utilization and assigning work stations; new hire orientations; HR I9 processing, etc.Helps facilitate, plan, and coordinate social events sponsored by Workday Life programs, i.E., Wellbeing, Giving and Doing, Belonging and Diversity, Benefits, and more.Vendor relationship management is beneficial for the oversight of office-standard vendors such as coffee/snacks, office supplies, confidential shredding, first aid and plant maintenance, HVAC, and janitorial.Will act as the liaison with property management on all building/site issues.Serves as a liaison/support between Workplace and other departments, such as: Safety, Business Technology, Benefits, Workday Life/Employee Programs, People & Purpose, Legal & Compliance, Marketing,



etc.Schedule work orders via C&W's CMMS to ensure timely completionProvide general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of office/facilityAddress client inquiries and concerns ensuring timely and quality issue resolution and service deliveryFollow up with clients to ensure customer satisfactionRespond to all facility inquiries and complaints, assess problems and take the necessary corrective actionCoordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipmentMaintain on-going communication with Property Management, contractors, client, and teamAssist with site inspection within the assigned building portfolioReport on open and closed work orders and check the status of open work orders with the assigned partyRequest, review, and submit work orders, bids, and proposals from vendorsVerify final invoice pricing and process payments in a timely mannerAssist in the monitoring and assessment of vendor performanceTrain vendors on work order and billing proceduresManage service and performance of vendors and landlords for timely completion of jobsSchedule and document maintenance and repairs on building equipmentCommunicate frequently with client, landlords, and vendors to resolve issues and provide project status updatesSkillsPrevious customer service experienceExperience in a fast‐paced, professional setting preferredSome college preferredKey competencies include verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented, time management, and ability and willingness to take on new tasks, learn new technologies, and adapt to organizational changes.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentMinimum of 1 year of facilities, workplace operations and/or customer service/hospitality industry experienceExperience reconciling budgets for day-to-day workplace operationsExperience with using Microsoft Office and various other types of office software and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications3+ year of facilities, workplace operations and/or customer service/hospitality industry experienceExperience with data entry, expansive reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communicationsPrevious customer service experienceWork EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Must have the ability to stoop, stand, climb,

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $ 55,080.00 - $64,800.00.
