If you're passionate about recruitment, enjoy building relationships, and thrive on connecting people with opportunities where they can succeed, this is a role where you can make a real impact.What You'll Be DoingAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience that reflects Eastlink's culture and values.Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through to offer and hire.Partner with leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.Provide guidance and coaching throughout the recruitment and selection process.Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, community partnerships,



and career events.Identify creative approaches to attract top talent in competitive markets.Collaborate with People & Culture partners to support key people initiatives and business goals.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is energized by helping people find meaningful career opportunities and who enjoys building strong partnerships across the business. You'll succeed in this role if you:Build strong relationships and earn trust through collaboration and accountability.Proactively communicate progress, market insights, and recommendations so leaders feel supported and informed throughout the hiring process.Enjoy finding creative solutions and thinking beyond traditional recruiting methods.Stay organized and manage competing priorities with confidence.Balance attention to detail with a focus on the bigger picture.Take pride in representing Eastlink and creating a welcoming experience for every candidate.You'll Also BringA post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.Two or more years of recruitment experience in an in-house environment.Experience sourcing and attracting talent through a variety of channels.Strong relationship-building, communication, and interviewing skills.Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems; Dayforce experience is considered an asset.About EastlinkEastlink is proudly family-owned and headquartered in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
