Cedar Hill Paving is seeking an experienced, hardworking and reliable Asphalt Raker to support the preparation and installation of hot mix asphalt for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet at the yard and travel with the team to project sites for asphalt preparation and installation.
- Assist with site removal and demolition activities as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site by preparing tools, loading debris for disposal, and ensuring equipment is ready for use.
- Collaborate with machine operators to establish proper grading during site preparation.
- Manually rake and prepare grade areas inaccessible by machinery.
- Support paving installation with precision, raking hot mix material to achieve the appropriate grade and thickness for compaction.
- Ensure a clean and efficient work site after installation, facilitating a timely return to the yard.
- Represent Cedar Hill Paving professionally and courteously at all times.

- Valid G-Class driver’s license with a clean driving record (driver's abstract).
- Reliable transportation to the yard/work site.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturdays as required.
- Physical capability to lift 50-60 pounds and perform in a physically demanding environment.
- Experience in the asphalt industry.
