Role Description

As the firm continues to enhance its compliance program and regulatory oversight, the Controller has assumed increased responsibilities within the Compliance Department. As a result, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to support a broad range of compliance, governance, and financial administration activities.

This role is ideal for an individual who is interested in developing expertise within a regulated investment management environment and is looking to build a career that combines professional judgment, regulatory knowledge, and business acumen.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist with the administration and maintenance of the firm's compliance program, policies, and procedures.
- Support monitoring, testing, regulatory filings, and recordkeeping requirements.
- Maintain documentation and assist with regulatory reviews, audits, and examinations.
- Track and support various initiatives, projects, and ongoing regulatory obligations.
- Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and other accounting-related activities as required.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and documentation for management, auditors, and regulatory purposes.




- Contribute to process improvements and the continued development of the firm's governance and control environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- CPA designation or progress toward a CPA designation is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional and highly regulated environment.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
