REDDHART WORKWEAR is a medium sized regional retail business operating in major centers in AB and BC. We are qualified, agile, innovative, and our goal is to provide quality personalized service to customers shopping for safety footwear and work clothing ( mostly Carhartt workwear).

Who we are looking for:
- you will be a MATURE person, with a minimum of 5 years retail or other customer facing experience
- ideal for a person who no longer has child care responsibilities and can focus on, and commit to, a serious retail career.
- Natural English is NOT necessary, as long as you can communicate easily with customers
- demonstrated stability in your employment history
- someone who will treat the store like their own, and customers like their best friends




- this is an Assistant Manager - in -Training position and we expect that you should be able to demonstrate your ability to be formally promoted within 3 or 4 months
- Reddhart has operated in Lethbridge for over 20 years and is a stable and very fair employer

Responsibilities

- Demonstrate ability to perform full range of job functions. Manage day to day store operations, merchandising, store cleanliness, end of day paperwork, answering email inquiries, some merchandise ordering, very friendly and helpful attitude to all customers

Job Location and Hours: This is a full time , permanent position. We are looking for a minimum 32 hours and regular 40 hours.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
