As an Assistant Manager, you play a key leadership role in supporting the General Manager with daily operations, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, and developing a motivated, high-performing team. You’ll help oversee service quality, safety, and profitability, while setting the tone for a positive, professional, and service-driven work environment.

What you’ll do

- Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and excellent customer service.
- Conduct employee orientation and training sessions to ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary skills.
- Supervise shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Engage in recruiting efforts by interviewing potential candidates and onboarding new hires.

Basic qualifications

- Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail, automotive service, or related industries.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or automotive knowledge is an asset (training provided).
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
