GreenShield is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead group onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for clients in Canada. You will coordinate with Advisors and the Account Management team, handling setup, billing and benefit packages before go-live.You will perform data quality checks, train clients, and monitor month-one activity, escalating issues promptly to ensure a successful implementation and high client satisfaction.
